To place an order, simply add all desired items to your shopping cart. To place any of the items in a shopping cart, simply click on its price on its individual product page under "add to cart." You may change quantities by entering a desired number and hitting the update cart button. To remove an item, simply set its quantity to zero. Once complete, please hit the 'checkout' button.
We keep all your information private and secure. All orders are placed through our secure server at the highest encryption rates available. We happily accept all major credit and debit cards, as long as it has a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express symbol on it.
There is no sales tax on tea. Teaware items are subject to 7.75% sales tax for the residents of Ohio only, as we ship from Cleveland, Ohio.
We ship all orders to the forty eight contiguous United States via UPS, including all Standard Ground orders. In addition to shipping time, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order and 7-10 business days for overall delivery time when shipping UPS Standard Ground. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii ship UPS 2nd Day Air only.

Domestic orders over $75.00 receive FREE shipping. Expedited or International shipments are charged standard Fedex Rates automatically. Shipments to PO Box, APO/FPO, AK/HA may encounter a $3.00 surcharge and/or be shipped via USPS Priority.
Orders shipped via Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Day Air must be placed by 3 PM EST in order to be shipped same day. UPS does not deliver Praise Tea Company orders on Saturday or Sundays.
Yes. We ship orders to most countries with USPS. The delivery option outside the United States takes 1-6 weeks to arrive. Yes. We ship International through U.S.P.S. Shipping rates start at $6.25 depending on destination and weight of your order.
Easily! Our shopping cart is set up to allow you to send as many products to as many different people as you want - in one order! While it may seem a bit intimidating at first, once you get used to it, it is a breeze.
Recipients you enter will stay in your account as long as you want - and you may delete them at any time by going to "my account".
To send to a different address, simply select "or enter a new address" in the shipping address section of checkout and enter the gift recipient's address.
No, currently we do not offer gift wrapping.
Yes, we do offer gift messages. Make your gift truly special by adding your own unique gift message for each item you are ordering! As you place items in your online order cart, you will have the opportunity to add your personal message. Your gift message will be printed on the packing slip enclosed with your gift (no product pricing shown).
Yes. But why stop there? Use one order to ship to everyone on your gift list! Just enter your recipients when prompted. You also have the option of including a gift message to any, all, or none of the shipments.
You sure can. However, for some addresses there will be a $3.00 surcharge, due to the limitations of Fedex. You will see the charge before you completely check out if it is applicable.
Yes! We gladly ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii. The only caveat is that the shipping fee is higher. Since neither Fedex or UPS is a viable option, we must ship AK and HI orders with Priority Mail, a more pricey option at $9.75 per order. Orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.
Good question. The entry point for your gift-certificate is found on the very first check-out page, where you are given an option of using a gift-certificate or credit card. Please select 'gift-certificate' and our system will automatically subtract its amount from your purchase. Any amount you don’t use will remain on the gift certificate until all funds are exhausted.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept order via check or money order. Ordering online at Praise Tea is totally safe, as we use state-of-the-art encryption and charge handling methods. Your credit card number, for example, is never seen by anyone.
