Golden Monkey tea is a high quality black tea with large leaves. A smooth tippy tea with cocoa undertones that's meticulously picked by hand in Spring. Although it's extremely low in tannins it has a smooth and rich flavor, that's both complex and sweet.

Ingredients: Organic Chinese Black Tea (golden monkey)

Steeping Guidelines:
Water: 212°F | Use 1 Tsps per 6 ounce cup | Infusion Time: 3 - 5 minutes

Infusion tips:
Use COLD filtered or spring water, whenever possible
Don’t over boil water, Don't over steep tea
Remove leaves after recommended time (adjust to taste)
*Vary time according to taste, & remember that steeping tea leaves beyond 5 minutes does not contribute to flavor, only bitterness.
If you want a stronger taste, use more tea leaves instead of steeping for a longer time
