Steeping Guidelines:
Water: 203° - 212°F | Use 1 Tsp per 6 ounce cup | Infusion Time: 5 minutes
To steep without adding milk:
use 1 level tsp.;heat fresh cold water to a roaring boil; let steep for 5 min.
Steep with milk:
use 2 level tsp per 6 oz cup pour half cup of boiling water over 1 tsp of Chai;
let steep 5 mins, then add half cup of hot milk or condense milk
for greater sweetness.
