This hand tied artisan tea is composed of delicate Silver Needle Green Tea leaves and freshly dried flowers.

Grade A Assortment includes four blooms, one each of: 

L.T. (aromatized with jasmine flowers over 6 times - Rich Jasmine aroma, mild and long lasting after-taste - an elegant tea)  AND K.T. (Lily and Marigolds - Sunny hue, mild notes of chamomile, a lyric tea-drinking experience)  AND V.T. (carnation - Fruity and sweet aroma, mild notes of spice, splendid pink blossom)  AND J.T. (Peony - Subtle spicy notes with mild sweet aroma and a marvelous blossom).

The blooms can be used for hot or iced blooming tea, blooming tea cocktails and tea punches. After drinking, you can also use the bloom as a home decor!  Not only is the tea delicious, it is a wonderful process to watch!

Blooming Tea Punch Recipe

Steeping Instructions:

Water: 212°F | Leaves: 1 ball per 12-16 ounce cup | Infusion Time: 3 - 4 minutes | 1 - 2 minutes for multiple infusions

Ball will bloom as it steeps, so we recommend a glass teapot. | Each bloom can steep up to 10 cups 

 Infusion Tips:
Use cold filtered or spring water, whenever possible
Don’t over boil water; Don’t oversteep tea
Remove leaves after recommended time (adjust to taste)
If you want stronger tea, use more leaves for a stronger taste instead of steeping for a longer time
