You get the word out. Newsletters, blogs, posters, bulletins, however you can direct folks to our site, we'll do the rest. Instruct your customers to enter a word, phrase or code that we have prearranged with you when they check out. We'll send 40% of the product total to your organization.

Is my information safe?
Absolutely. We don’t make money by selling information or sending SPAM e-mails. We only e-mail our members if they allow it in their preferences, and even then we only reach out with news and updates on how to use Praise Tea more effectively.
How soon can I start?
Praise Tea needs 7 to 10 days to prepare your account set up via our website.
How long does a sale last?
We recommend a selling period of 10 days - 2 weeks.
What type of support do I receive?
As the Chairperson, you will be assigned a fund raising consultant to help you through the entire sale. Praise Tea will provide:
- Help setting dates
- Parent Letter in each Packet
- E-mail confirmation of orders entered, along with Invoice
- E-mail notification of orders shipped, along with tracking information
- Phone and E-Mail access to Customer Service
What forms of payment are accepted?
Praise Tea accepts checks, money orders, Paypal and the following major credit cards; Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
How can I find out how much my group has raised?
The person who registered the group can log into Praise Tea.com at any time and view the group’s performance.
How does our group collect the money we have raised?
Once the fundraiser has concluded. A check will be mailed to your group within 7 days.
How and when do I pay? All payments are processed online. After Praise Tea has processed and closed all orders, you will receive an e-mail with your group summary. You will also receive a hard copy invoice. This invoice will breakdown:
- Total Retail Sale
- Group Profit
- Subtotal (total retail sale minus profit amount)
- Shipping Charge
- Taxes (if applicable)
- We mail you the profits!
How do I turn in my group’s order?
Orders are processed automatically via the website. There’s nothing for you to do!
How do I handle late orders?
Praise Tea is happy to process any late orders. Any order coming in to Praise Tea after the fundraiser end date, will be considered a late order and will be processed separately. You will receive an e-mail invoice and a hard copy invoice for any late orders placed via the website.
How do I track my order?
At the time of shipment, you will receive an e-mail notification of shipment. This e-mail will contain attachments which include your seller breakdown along with a group summary of product ordered. This e-mail will also contain all tracking information to follow your order. You can also contact your Sales Consultant.
Can I track how much has been raised?
Yes, you can track performance. When a supporter orders, he or she is asked for a code, that has been predetermined. The Organizer can log into your Praise Tea account and use the “Order History” feature to see how much money has been raised.
How long does it take for the order to arrive once it is placed?
Praise Tea is able to process and ship orders within 14 – 21days from the time the fundraiser is over. At peak times before the Holidays, it could take up to 3 weeks to process and ship these orders.
What is your policy on damages or shortages?
We ask that you report all damages and/or shortages within 48 hours of delivery.
What other costs are there? Shipping? Sales Tax? Other costs?
There are no up front costs to run a Praise Tea sale, nor will you pay for your sales materials. There is a nominal shipping charge and sales tax is based on your State Laws. We encourage you to check with your local tax agencies to determine your responsibility to your State.
