How Does Tea Fundraising Work?
- Contact us to request free, full color Tea Fundraiser brochures for the members of your group.
- Group members sell pre-selected tea and tea accessories and collect money from the customers.
- When the fundraiser ends you will need to tally your orders.
- Email, phone, or fax us your order form.
- Once your order is paid for it will ship out.
- You receive your products and distribute it to your participants.
- You keep the profits and pay only for the cost of the products.
- Use the money to support your cause!
- It is Award-Winning, conveniently packaged and it's absolutely delicious!
- It is reasonably priced yet very profitable for your group to sell.
- You make up to 40% profit on everything you sell
How soon can I start?
Praise Tea needs 7 to 10 days to prepare and ship out your sales materials.
How long does a sale last?
We recommend a selling period of 10 days - 2 weeks. We recommend that you set a cut off date two days prior to sending in your orders, in case of late order receipts.
What type of support do I receive?
As the Chairperson, you will be assigned a fund raising consultant to help you through the entire sale. Praise Tea will provide:
- Help setting dates
- Sales Packets to hand out to sellers
- Parent Letter in each Packet
- E-mail notification of orders shipped, along with tracking information
- Phone and E-Mail access to Customer Service
When should we collect our money?
We recommend the collection of all money at the time the orders are taken.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Praise Tea accepts checks, money orders and the following major credit cards; Master Card, Visa, and Discover. All checks/money orders should be made out to YOUR organization. Do not send cash.
How would I make a payment with a credit card?

How and when do I pay?
Include your payment with your order in the form of a certified check or money order. Note: The final check or money order should be made payable to Praise Tea Company. After Praise Tea has processed your order, you will receive an e-mail with your group summary and an invoice. You will also receive a hard copy invoice. This invoice will breakdown:
- Total Retail Sale
- Group Profit
- Subtotal (total retail sale minus profit amount)
- Shipping Charge
- Taxes (if applicable)
- Total Amount Due to Praise Tea - You keep the profits!
How do I turn in my group’s order?
Step 1: Collect each participant’s order sheet at the end of the fundraiser.
Step 2: Transfer their totals to the tally sheets provided by Praise Tea Company.
Step 3: Mail your tally sheet(s) along with each participant’s order sheet to Praise Tea Company
How do I handle late orders?
Praise Tea is happy to process any late orders. Any order coming in to Praise Tea after receipt of the original order, will be considered a late order and will be subject to shipping charges. You will receive an e-mail invoice and a hard copy invoice for any late orders placed
How do I track my order?
At the time of shipment, you will receive an e-mail notification of shipment. This e-mail will contain attachments which include your seller breakdown along with a group summary of product ordered. This e-mail will also contain all tracking information to follow your order. You can also contact your Sales Consultant.
How long does it take for the order to arrive once it is placed?
Praise Tea is able to process and ship orders within 14 – 21 days from the time we receive your orders at our Order Processing Center. At peak times before the Holidays, it could take up to 3 weeks to process and ship these orders.
What is your policy on damages or shortages?
We ask that you report all damages and/or shortages within 48 hours of delivery.
What other costs are there? Shipping? Sales Tax? Other costs?
There are no up front costs to run a Praise Tea sale, nor will you pay for your sales materials. Praise Tea will even provide you with a pre-paid FedEx envelope to return your orders for processing. There is a nominal shipping charge and sales tax is based on your State Laws. We encourage you to check with your local tax agencies to determine your responsibility to your State.
