No, only the teas that actually have the name Organic are organic.
Organic tea is grown according to standards set by certified organic programs. Farmers produce their crops without using most conventional pesticides, fertilizers made with synthetic ingredients, bioengineering, or ionizing radiation. Farmers emphasize the conservation of soil and water to enhance environmental quality for future generations.
Keep in a dry and cool place. Keep away from the stove and do not store in the refrigerator or freezer. Also, keep away from other strong smell items. Oxygen, moisture, and foreign aromas are all enemies to the delicate subtleness of tea. It is important to store tea in an airtight container to protect them from exposure to light, humidity, and high temperatures.
2 oz. of tea will brew between 25-30 6oz cups of tea, unless otherwise noted.
Tea will last 2 - 3 weeks outside of an air-tight canister. In a tin canister, your tea can last up to a year.
All teas are shipped in aroma-tight sealed 2-oz portions in our Praise Tea bags. The bags are equipped with a zip lock for easy re-sealing.
Since all teas are individually packed we are unable to do this, but you can mix them yourself once the tea arrives.

No. Tea Rituals teas are pre-selected.
Rock cane sugar is pure sugar that is crystallized through a specific heating and cooling process that originated in Germany. This process allows large sugar crystals to form, and in addition, the crystals are further sweetened with the addition of caramelized sugar (cooked until it turns a rich brown). The large rock crystals are coated with the sugar mixture and allowed to dry. Rock cane sugar is less refined and tends to be milder than granulated sugar, causing a more subtle flavor and enhancing the nuances of a fine cup of tea.
The rock sugar will sweeten your tea without altering it. Our brown sugar contains molasses so it will enhance the flavor of your tea.
Praise Tea focuses its charitable efforts that line up with our causes and beliefs. You may contact our office via phone or email to find out if your cause aligns with ours.
